Turkey Flotilla Aegean Coast
The word 'turquoise' comes directly from these coastal 'Turkish' waters - a translucent iridescent shimmering constantly changing mirage of blues. The colour comes from the bright sunshine bouncing off the golden sands in shallow coves - this is a fabulous part of the world to cruise in every sense of the word.
Get a little offshore and the sailing can become quite challenging - with the reward for an exhilarating day on deck coming in the shape of a dinner and drinks in a solitary 'lokanta' in a secure secluded anchorage inaccessible by road.
Our home port for our Turkey flotilla is Marmaris on two alternating weekly itineraries - the Lycean Flotilla and the Carian Flotilla - which can be booked for either one or two weeks with alternating embarkation in Orhaniye or Gocek. Bareboat charters operate out of Mamaris and Gocek for the Lycian Coast or Bodrum in the north for the Gulfs of Gokoya and Datca.
