Flotilla Training Course in Vounaki

Sunsail’s Flotilla Training Course provides the knowledge and experience required to embark on one of Sunsail’s Level 0 Easy flotilla holidays and is also ideal for more experienced sailors looking to re-familiarise themselves with the basics before a yacht charter holiday. Some previous sailing experience is required.

The course takes two days and nights, living aboard, in the UK or three days in Club Vounaki, Greece, where students stay onshore. By adding an extra day of assessment and an exam, students can upgrade to an International Certificate of Competence.

Sunsail Flotilla Training gives a good overview of helming, berthing, reefing, general yacht sailing and line of sight navigation.

The Sunsail Flotilla Training course is designed for beginners, with some experience looking to gain the required level of skills to go on a level 0 Flotilla holiday, or for more experienced sailors looking to re-familiarise themselves with the basics of yacht sailing before a Yacht Charter holiday.

Some basic sailing experience or knowledge is required for this course however the course will develop your knowledge, understanding and confidence onboard.
