Best sailing charter in Cyclades ! - Mykonos to Santorini or Santorini to Mykonos

Start in Mykonos (or Santorini) and visit the idyllic Cyclades as you sail to Santorini (Mykonos). Each island has something different; Naxos with its old town and activities (diving, kite boarding, cycling), Schinoussa, unspoilt, isolated beaches, Irakleia, wonderful seafood restaurant for lunch, Ios, the party island of Greece, Sikinos, beaches, swimming, Folegandros, the best old town (Chora) in the Cyclades and of course the volcanic shell Thira, known to all as Santorini. With sttep cliffs and its myriad of sunset worshipping locations!

Every island has great moorings, places to kayak and swim and all are different.

And, of course, Folegandros, to enjoy the old town and drink the famous raki-mellow (warm raki)

For families this is idyllic. For those seeking adventure sailing we can organise scuba diving wrecks, cycling islands and kiteboarding in Naxos (or Paros). Anybody who wants to learn to sail or be part of the sailing team is more than welcome.

Trips are designed so that we sail about three to maximum four hours each day leaving plenty of time to swim, kayak, explore the islands, chill out or party!!

Itinerary / Highlights

Day 1: Depart Mykonos for leisurely sail to Naxos. Walking distance to excellent swimming and an old town with bars and restaurants. Try the "kleftiko" - to die for.
Day 2: The kite boarders or divers may now want to go to Paros or find the great activity centres on Naxos. Or we sail to Schinoussa - no restaurants, just bays and beaches. Time for a BBQ
Day 3: Sail to Keros and maybe to Amorgos (for those who wish to explore and visit one of the most famous Greek "cliff" Monastries). A super island any time of year
Day 4: Longish sail to Ios but make up for it with great restaurants, bars, activities. Island does not sleep in summer
Day 5: To Folegandros via Sikinos (for lunch). One option is to spend one day in each island. Folegandros is (in our view) the hidden gem of the Cyclades
Day 6 or 7: Gentle sail to Santorini and explore the island. Lots to see and do and best from the leisure of the Catamaran. We have diving and activities organised. The not to be missed sunset is best not missed with a cold beer or mineral water in a little bar
Day 7: Final beaching and swimming for departure at the bay below Oia (300 step walk to the top or a donkey ride you choose!)

Accommodation Details

Full accommodation is provided on board the boats. Both Mykonos and Santorini are very easy to access from Athens either by ferry or plane. The harbour, where you will join our catamaran is no more than 30 minutes from either ferry terminal or airport

In general we sell by the cabin (double bed) rather than to individuals

Departure Dates, Options & Prices

These trips are approximately one week in length with charters starting in Mykonos and alternate weeks starting in Santorini. Usual start date is Saturday but the actual start date can be changed subject to availability

The per cabin price is €1,600 with minimum of two cabins to guarantee the charter.
