Two Day Yacht Refresher

Sunsail’s 1 Day Rusty Skipper Course is offered at Club Vounaki in Greece and is designed to build confidence in yacht sailing and re-familiarise students who have not been out on the water for a while with the basics of seamanship.

Ideal as a refresher course, Sunsail’s RYA qualified instructor will run through the basic skills of yacht sailing and practice stern-to mooring and close quarters manoeuvring and handling.

Some previous sailing experience is required and the course is suitable for students aged 16 plus. The course is offered throughout the season.

The Sunsail 1 Day Rusty Skipper course is designed for sailors looking for a refresher in basic yacht sailing and handling.

This one day course will take you out onto the stunning Ionian seas for one day, where our qualified instructors will help you to re-familiarise yourself with sailing a yacht and build your confidence before you charter for yourself.

This is the perfect choice for sailors who have not been out on the water for a while, or just want to go over the basics of yacht sailing and operation.
